Grand Canyon in Wikipedia

Grand Canyon, south rim

This part of canyon is much more easily accessible so more attendable. We went there
from Vegas in 2004 during Marina's visit. The weather turned from clear and bright to heavy
rain with thunderstorm. Lightning hit to the canyon walls, it was spectacular. The second
time we went there in Christmas time 2008, and saw nothing, except fog. North rim we reached only in 2007.
