ALPINE LAKES OF CALIFORNIA

There are a lot of picturescue alpine lakes and reservoirs in California. The most
well-known is Lake Tahoe, which is located at the elevation over 6,000 feet, others -
some higher, some lower. They play significant role in water supply system of two
megapolises - Los Angeles and Bay area around San Francisco, the most populated areas
of the state of California. I will skip the word "Lake" in subtitles.
