Ground squirrels are everywere: in the cities, fields and ocean coast. One of
the places where they may be seen very closely is the harbor coast in Morro Bay.
The coast line is enforced with the rocks; the holes are between them. In 2009 we
watched sea otters there as well as squirrel puppies upbringing.
