Tuolomne Meadows and Tioga Pass

Tioga pass is the eastern entrance to the Yosemite park. This pass is closed
November trough May or June. The Pass and entrance are located at the elevation
almost 10,000 ft. East of the pass at 8,700 to 9,500 there are alpine Tuolomne
Meadows with hot and cold springs, creeks and various living creatures. Last time
we were there the red-belly marmot posed for Ira. There are many squirrels, chipmonks,
somewere bears are hiding deeply in the forest.
